Empanadas de Jaiba (2)
Turn over pastry shells filled with surimi crab sauteed with garlic, onions and cilantro then lightly fried to a golden brown. Then lightly drizzled with sour cream.
Fajitas de Camaron (10)
Marinated jumbo Tiger Shrimps sautéed with olive oil, garlic, onions, tomatoes and green peppers served on a box skillet. Accompanied with spring salad, tossed in our creamy tequila vinaigrette with sides of delicious yellow rice & fricassee beans. (Gluten free)
Lifes a beach Taco Duo (2)
Delicious grilled White risk topped on delicious corn tortillas with crisp lettuce, Pico de gallo, drizzled with our chipotle lemon ranch sauce, and topped with lightly pickled red cabbage. Served with our exotic yellow rice, spring salad tossed in our tequila vinaigrette and a side of our pinto beans fricassee.

Three stone ground corn tortillas rolled with surimi crab, sautéed with onion, tomato and garlic. Draped in our homemade green tomatillo sauce then covered in molten Chihuahua cheese and drizzled with sour cream and cilantro. Served with our spring mix salad, yellow rice and fricassee pinto beans.
Shrimp Taco Duo (2)
Tiger shrimp sautéed in garlic, onions and cilantro, placed in stone ground corn tortilla shells. Topped with crisp lettuce, our fresh made rico de Gallo, drizzled with our Chipotle lemon ranch sauce. Served with exotic yellow rice, spring mix salad tossed in our house dressing & a side of pinto bean fricassee.
